“Best Dressed” - In the Zuhair Murad metallic gown and the Chopard diamonds, Nina deserves, in my opinion, “Best Dressed” of the night. She looks elegant, fresh, and definitely stands out from the rest. It’s very “Who the hell is she?” Some might argue that our next starlet looks sexier than Nina, but I chose Nina as “Best Dressed” because I was taken aback by the unexpected. And that my shazzamities, deserves a SHAZZAM!

Coming in a close second is none other than our Latin pride and joy. Sofia looks flawless as usual in a gold sequined Carolina Herrera gown. And it’s almost expected she would pull it off. Just the same, she radiates and basks in the spotlight.

In a Marchesa creation complete with stunning Lorraine Schwartz jewels, Kim stands out and demands to be seen. Some other ladies chose also to wear white on Emmy night, but Kim does it with such elegance and flair. Definitely a SHAZZAM in my book!

This dress is stunning! I mean just look at the detail. Maria chose to wear this Ralph & Russo custom designed couture gown covered in more than15,000 Swarovski elements. I am in love!

I mean look at the back of this dress! Shazzam Wow! Just wow! This is the best dress ever. Props to Maria for taking the risk. It paid off, honey!

Yes mama! Yes! She couldn’t be any less different from her character on Glee. Jayma chose to wear this Burberry Prorsum chiffon ruched gown and thank goodness it pays off. And can we talk accessories! I mean just look at that Neil Lane necklace! Oof! She pulled it together honey and claimed her spot on that Red Carpet!

“Most Improved” - Wow! What diet was she on?! All jokes aside, she looks great and I love that she chose this black latticed Tony Ward gown. it accentuates her new figure and gives her the right edge on the Red Carpet. She better werq!

What’s with everyone wearing black?! Seriously who died?! While I absolutely applaud Eva for wearing Robert Rodriguez, I have to give her a “B” for Boooooooring! She looks good though. I just expect more from her. Mmmmkay!

Oh Heidi! One day you’re in and the next day your OUT! I am not sure am liking this here mini. I mean look how short it is. How do you sit through three hours of a shazzamity in that get up?! I mean do you Sharen Stone it at times, or what?! The Marchesa micro mini mini ( no, it’s like mini mini) finished off with the spiked Christian Louboutins gives her an edge but can we all agree that it’s the Lorraine Schwartz ruby and diamond necklace that makes you wanna say SHAZZAM!

Well here’s where I am sidetracked a bit. Some of you will disagree, but I kind of like this dress. The “Glee” star comes across as the belle of the ball! This floral organza tiered Carolina Herrera creation suits her and I applaud her for being different. It definitely made me look twice. I love the detail and construction. The House of Herrera rejoice!

Ok, so I’m it losing here and I can’t for the life of me pin point the designer. But this gunmetal gray one-shoulder dress speaks volumes and it merits a SHAZZAM! She looks awesome! Great choice for her. Thank the Lord someone decided to bring the glitter to the Emmys.
